A sacred space to meet yourself fully through the power of your breath.
This one-on-one breathwork session is a guided journey using conscious connected breath to access expanded states of awareness, emotional release, and deep somatic healing. We begin with a grounding check-in and intention setting, attuning to what’s present and ready to move.
You’ll be supported through a circular breath pattern, guided by verbal cues, music, and intuitive presence. This practice can bring up sensations, insights, or emotions that have been held in the body, offering a powerful pathway toward clarity and release.
Gentle touch or energy work may be offered to support your process, always with full consent.
We close with integration time to help you land, reflect, and reconnect. Many leave feeling lighter, more embodied, and deeply resourced from within.

Step into a space designed for deep rest, reconnection, and renewal.
This one-on-one session is a personalized healing experience, blending sound, energy, and presence. We begin with a gentle check-in and intention setting to attune to what’s arising in your body, heart, and spirit.
You’ll then be guided into a state of deep relaxation and receptivity. Using an intuitive combination of instruments, medicine drum, crystal lyre, chimes, rattle, flute, and etheric voice. I create a soundscape that meets you exactly where you are.
Optional hands-on energy work or gentle touch may be offered to support nervous system regulation and energetic flow, always with your consent and comfort in mind.
We close with spacious time for integration and reflection. Many leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their inner knowing.

This program is for curious souls that wish to explore their own unique voice. We meet once a week for 4 weeks for each level, in person or online. The time in between our meetings is yours to create and commit to a vocal ritual and begin to witness what arises in your practices as well as outside of them... the invitation is to be a witness to your vocal expression in each interaction, each moment.
